The correct material for the manufacture of your tooling i.e. aluminium, toughened steel or hardened steel.

We will advise on the most cost efficient amount of cavities for your tooling and advise on the suitability of putting different components on the same tooling. This is a very important factor, as it determines the long term cost of the product and the quantity that can be produced in a given period.

Injection Moulding Facilities

 

 

Using state of the art cnc controlled injection moulding equipment PPP can offer a fast turnaround, quick tool setting and repeatability. Our machines range from 58T up to 320T with a maximum shot weight of 820 Grams in Polystyrene. With PMM as our sister company, who sell The Haitian range of injection moulding machines into the UK, we have the latest up to date moulding machines. We can run Multi core pulling sequences which allow very sophisticated tools and parts to be produced.

 

 

Ultrasonic welding

Ultrasonic welding is the ideal way to assemble high or low volume component parts making individual parts in an assembly as strong as a single component.
